On the grounds of Outrigger's Kiahuna Plantation condo complex, this historical cactus and exotic flower garden is a diverting, if modest, collection interspersed with winding paths, a koi pond and colorful shocks of orchids. Established in the 1930s by Hector Moir, manager of Koloa Sugar Plantation, and his wife Alexandra, the gardens were once far better known than they are today.
