Danish grower Peter Work and wife Rebecca display their passion for the vine through biodynamic farming techniques and encyclopedic knowledge of their lots. Their Pinot Noir, Syrah and Grenache shine. Sample them in Lompoc's Wine Ghetto, an industrial area far from the vineyards, where most of the family-run tasting rooms (Flying Goat Cellars is a fave) are open only on weekends.
