At the Diamond Head edge of Waikiki, Sans Souci is a prime sandy stretch of oceanfront that’s far from the frenzied tourist scene. It’s commonly called Kaimana Beach, as it’s next door to the New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel. Local residents often come here for their daily swims. A shallow reef close to shore makes for calm, protected waters and provides good snorkeling.
