One of many orchards near Middlebury, this century-old operation has pick-your-own cherries. peaches, plums and berries starting in June. Its busiest season is fall, when apples are ripe for the picking and twin October festivals (Harvest Festival and Ciderfest) fill the air with fiddle tunes and family fun. It's 16 miles southwest of Middlebury via VT 30 and VT 74.
