A few of the old stone buildings are inhabited, others are crumbling at the 19th-century Silver Reef Ghost Town. The restored Wells Fargo building houses a museum and art gallery. Diagrams of the rough-and-tumble town and mine give a feel of what it was like back in the day. Take exit 23 off I-15, 13 miles northeast of St George (past Leeds).
