Run by the same family for more than a century, this 400-acre farm hosts maple-sugaring demonstrations in early spring; they also offer free sugarhouse tours and sell maple products and organic beef in their gift shop year-round. From Brattleboro, follow VT 9 west to Greenleaf St, then continue three miles up Ames Hill Rd and look to the right.
