About 15 miles east of Benson, in Dragoon, the private, nonprofit Amerind Foundation exhibits Native American artifacts, history and culture from tribes from Alaska to Argentina, from the Ice Age to today. The Western gallery has exceptional works by such renowned artists as Frederic Remington and William Leigh. It’s right off I-10 exit 318.
