Two parallel streets in Hamilton Heights – Convent Ave and Hamilton Tce – contain a landmark stretch of historic limestone and brownstone townhouses from the period between 1866 and 1931. Film fans may recognize the turreted building on the southeastern corner of Convent and 144st Aves from The Royal Tenenbaums .
