Pirate Jean Lafitte and Galveston itself are the subject of two of the interestingly informative films shown here. The third, the Great Storm , is the best of the bunch. This 30-minute multimedia documentary recounts the notorious 1900 hurricane through photos, eyewitness accounts and various special effects.
