A sod-covered log cabin with a huge viewing deck overlooking the Scotty and Desper Creek drainage areas. The Mentasta and Nutsotin Mountains loom in the distance. The cabin is packed with interpretive displays on wildlife, mountains and Athabascan craftwork; beading demonstrations take place regularly.
