This 14-gabled house was built in 1901 by Harry Whitney Treat, a friend of William F ‘Buffalo Bill’ Cody. Treat also built the Golden Gardens Park. After Treat's death, the building was converted into 15 apartments. Both the building and the hillside setting are worth a look.
