Not eating poutine in Canada is sacrilege. It's best eaten in Quebec but if you happen to be in Vancouver, I recommend going to Fritz European Fry House on Davie Street. Poutine is a late night favorite when you've had a few too much to drink but that doesn't mean that it's only passable when drunk. It's not! It's amazing all the time. If melted cheese and hot gravy smothered on fries is not your thing, they also sell several kinds of dipping sauces for the fries. There's a handful of places that sell poutine around town but I've already taste tested them all for you and this one is the best in Vancouver!
