While waiting for a table at a popular nearby restaurant, my friends and I decided to grab a coffee. Just around the corner from our wait in line was Beaucoup Bakery. I had never been before but had heard a lot about it. I knew they their croissants were popular so I picked up one of those, a pain au chocolat, as well as a salted chocolate rosemary cookie. I was planning on waiting to eat my puchase but I demolished the cookie and a croissant while waiting for our brunch table. The croissant was one of the best I have had I a while, so flaky and buttery.
