Opened in 2007, the Cascade Room is a gastropub located in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighborhood close to Broadway and Main. It has grown and maintained itself as a local go to for a pint, craft cocktails, British-inspired comfort food, or all of the above after all these years.
At the Cascade Room, it's a throwback to the golden era of cocktails with drinks like the gin fizz, negronis, Manhattans, Brandy Alexanders and more on the menu. They use only the freshest ingredients for their extensive cocktail list, meaning premium spirits, hand pressed juices, homemade cordials and syrups. Executive Chef Tim Evans hails from England and brings touches from home such as like Scotch eggs with house-made HP sauce and Sunday Roasts with all the trimmings to the neighborhood.
Open nightly for dinner starting at 5pm.
