The creaky Templo del Sagrario is one of Pátzcuaro's oldest churches built on the site of a former hospital in the 1690s. Until the early 1900s, it housed the revered statue of Nuestra Señora de la Salud (Our Lady of Health) which now resides in the Basilica nearby.
