Recently overhauled, this absorbing museum features large, glossy printed displays in Spanish and English on the roots of regional café and modern coffee production in the region, as well as old coffee processing machinery. Particularly interesting are the panels on the hardy immigrants who set up the first plantations in the region. Well worth a visit before any trip into the surrounding countryside.
