Built in 1817 as a hop shed, this higgledy-piggledy, black-and-white-striped house is full of colonial furnishings and artefacts. It’s on a one-way street, so prepare to make a tight U-turn at the top end of the road division on Montagu St if you’re approaching from Hobart. There’s also a tearoom and B&B accommodation here.
