Namadgi is the Aboriginal word for the mountains southwest of Canberra, and this park includes eight peaks higher than 1700m. There's good bushwalking, mountain biking, fishing, horse riding and viewing Aboriginal rock art. Make camping bookings online or at the Namadgi Visitor Centre , 2km south of Tharwa.
