About 15km north of Yeppoon, Cooberrie Park is a small wildlife sanctuary on 25 acres of bushland. You can see kangaroos, wallabies and peacocks wandering freely through the grounds. You can also feed the critters and, for an extra cost, hold a furry koala or some slithering reptiles.
