At the end of the road from El Soberbio you cross the Río Yabotí (if it's high you won't be able to go further) and arrive in the Parque Provincial Moconá. Here there's a visitor center, walking trails with views of the falls, boat excursions to get you up close to them (AR$250 foreigners), and a restaurant. The park website tells you the visible height of the falls and whether excursions are running, so check this before making a trip.
