Starting with a boat ride across the lake, this trek of moderate difficulty begins with a 2½-hour climb through cypress forests before reaching a lookout with views of the Lagunas Azul and Verde (Blue and Green Lagoons). If you’ve still got the legs for it, fording a stream gets you to an area with a variety of well-preserved Tehuelche rock paintings , dated at around 600 years old.
