Opposite Helisul, the Parque das Aves is a large bosky bird park. It has a huge assortment of our feathered friends, mostly Brazilian, with good information in English and Spanish. The highlight is the walk-through aviaries, where you can get up-close and personal with toucans, macaws and hummingbirds.
