BA’s petite but exuberant Barrio Chino (Chinatown), established by Taiwanese immigrants after WWII, is worth a visit for the great-value noodle and spring roll joints and exotic supermarkets where you can gawk at beheaded fish and pick up treats like lychee candy and beautifully packaged sake.
