This family-run boutique pisquera, in operation since 1921, offers quite a different view of pisco production to the mass-production setup down the road at Capel. The 40-minute tours take you through all the aspects of production and end up in the tasting room, with samples of their full range of products, from the classics to some innovative fruit blends. It's located on the edge of town – an easy bike or hike or CH$3000 in taxi from the plaza.
