This 53-hectare municipal park offers panaoramic views of the city, forest trails and canopy lines. Adventure activities include a guided hike to four small waterfalls (2 hours, COP$8000) and abseiling (4 hours, COP$15,000). It's also a great place to just come and chill on a clear afternoon, when you can see the peaks of PNN Los Nevados.
There are sometimes free activities in the early mornings and evenings including birdwatching and night hikes to observe fauna. Call to find out what's going on.
A new cable car links the park directly with Cable Plaza but has been plagued by technical problems and runs irregularly. Otherwise it's a 40-minute walk or COP$4000 in a taxi.
