All domestic travel passengers of the Economy Class and Premiere Class can check in 20 kilograms of baggage. The Silver, Gold and Platinum card members traveling in the Economy Class can check-in 30 kg, 35 kg and 40 kg of baggage respectively whereas those traveling in the Premiere Class get the privilege to check in 40 kg, 45 kg and 50 kg respectively.

International passengers from India - the First Class and the Premiere Cabin Class passengers can check-in three pieces of baggage that do not weigh more than 23 kilograms each. The Silver, Gold and Platinum card members can transport four pieces of baggage with the same weight. Passengers traveling in the Economy Class can check in 2 pieces of luggage whereas the privileged members with Silver, Gold and Platinum card can check in three pieces of luggage, limiting the weight to 23 kg each. If the travelers are with an infant, they get an extra check-in allowance of one baggage of the regular weight.

Jet Airways also has special guidelines for carrying certain items while flying with the aircraft. The passengers should put all liquid contents that they may need to use during the flight in the hand-carry baggage, completely sealed.
