Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the Safe House is a restaurant that pays homage to espionage. Its walls are lined with spy memorabilia, and diners even require a password to enter the building (hint: check the websites FAQ!).
Once inside, youll feel as if you are in a concealed bunker; there are secret passageways and nifty shoe telephones, and the themed waiters give the impression of working for the CIA. As you wait for your food, youll be able to gaze around the restaurant and admire the various spy equipment which has been collected over the years.
The food is classic American fare, with broiled steak and baked potato a favourite with the regulars.
The Airplane Restaurant,Colorado Springs, Colorado
Elevate your culinary experience at the Airplane Restaurant, located in Colorado Springs. The owners renovated a decommissioned 1953 Boeing KC-97 military plane, transforming it into a kitsch restaurant.
Booths line the old aircrafts interior, with a bar furnishing the space. As you sit down, youll find aviation memorabilia decorating the walls, giving this restaurant a very authentic atmosphere.
Naturally, the menu is a series of aviation puns, from the Barrel Rolls to the Air Tower Nachos.
Heart Attack Grill, Las Vegas, Nevada
Gluttony is the name of the game at the Heart Attack Grill, where people over 350lbs eat for free and calories are amassed like bonus points. Take your pick from burgers which come loaded with four patties to unlimited fries cooked in lard, all washed down with butterfat milkshakes or full-sugar Coke.

The Cave, Richland, Missouri
Judging by the name, you might have guessed this restaurant is located belowground. In fact, its the only restaurant in America which is situated in a cave, thus making it an entirely unique dining venue!
Serving classic American-Italian fare, including burgers, seafood and pasta, the Cave is an atmospheric restaurant where guests wont be able to resist marvelling at the natural surroundings. Theres even a waterfall and fish pond to feast your eyes on.
The Cave was originally a dance hall in the 1920s, but converted into a restaurant later on. There is a campsite above it, where people can still rent cabins.
