In appreciation of their loyal dining guests, many downtown Baltimore City restaurants have bonded together to form a winter restaurant week. Labeling it Winter Restaurant Appreciation Week, area diners will be able to enjoy upscale, gourmet three course meals, at some of Baltimore’s finest venues, for a fraction of the normal cost. From February 5-9, specially designed three course lunch will cost $20.07 (I assume, to signify the year 2007) and 3 course dinner menu offerings are served for $30.07.
