Head to L’Escalier at The Breakers Palm Beach, FL for their Winter 2007 Wine Series. Master Sommelier Virginia Philip and her talented sommelier team have invited celebrated wine makers from around the world to present three extraordinary evenings of food and wine pairings. A reception with tastings is followed by a four-course dinner artfully prepared by L’Escalier’s gifted culinary team led by Chef Kevin Ives. The events cost from $300 and take place on 11th January 2007 , 18th February 2007 and 5th March 2007 (Clos de Tart and Mommessin Wineries).
