Next week the Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa at Lake Placid, NY will host the first annual Festival of Food and Wine (17th-19th May, 2006). The event will teach and entertain food lovers amidst majestic views of the Adirondack high peaks. Paul Sorgule, the inn’s executive chef, and six of his distinguished colleagues from throughout the culinary world, will share their knowledge and break bread with food and wine enthusiasts.
