Bali Hotels Association recently collaborated with MarkPLus Institute to organize a training session for its #Bali members on how to deliver WOW services and create a more visible online reputation with a digital marketing platform. This intensive 2 day training initiative took place on the 24th and 25th April 2014 at the Harris Bukit Jimbaran Bali. It was attended by General Managers, EAM’s, Food & Beverage Directors, Sales and Marketing Executives and representatives from other related hotel departments.
The training was organised by Bayu Asmara – CEO, MarkPlus Institute of Marketing in conjunction with Reza Sunardi – Executive Assistant Manager of Padma Resort Bali. It covered topics such as WOW Service - How to WOW Your Customers Through Care, understanding digital customer behaviour, marketing strategies, goals and tracking. Other facets were: getting insight from target audiences, media planning and budgeting.
Alessandro Migliore, Chairman of Bali Hotels Association, stated “With more hotels preparing to launch (in #Bali) in the near future as well as the rapid growth in digital marketing, it is important for us to stay competitive with a solid understanding of this new direction.
