Everybody that travels to Bali is inevitably in awe with the spectacular panoramas of verdant rice fields (padi) hugging the sides of mountains or laid out before them like a green tapestry across an open landscape. There are so many spectacular views like his all across the island of Bali. However, there is one place on the east coast of the island seldom seem by regular tourists that, in my opinion, is the most stunning and beautiful panoramic view of rice fields on the island. I am talking about a place called Ngis, a small village barely visible from the main road. If you travel to Amlapura on the east coast then head north from there to the village of Abang. In between these two places you will come to a sharp bend in the road and here you will find the heavenly view.
