• Casa Luna
Casa Luna is a legend in Ubud, not just for the food, but for its cooking school and the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival that is related to it. Fusion Asian / European food with great desserts. Warung Bali Guling is located next to the Royal Palace on Jl. Raya Ubud on Jl. Suweta. This place is packed everyday, because of it’s excellent roast pork. A place is 20,000rp and you’ll get your money’s worth. Good for lunch.

Not sure of the name of this small warung, but its a hit with locals in Ubud, expats and Balinese alike. Located next to petrol station in Mas after you head south from ARMA. A typically good plate of sliced roast chicken, with spices and steamed rice all for around 9,000rp. Can’t beat it! Open for lunch.
• Lamak
Located on Jl. Monkey Forest, this place does some great food in smart surroundings. Complete with cocktail bar. Top class place with International but mostly an Asian fusion cuisine.
