Bali has a truly international flavour when it comes to restaurants, no pun intended. Seminyak / Petitenget is the epicenter of the restaurant scene in the Kuta area and the most famous beachside restaurant is Ku De Ta.
Located at the end of Jl. Oberoi next to the Pura Dalem (temple of the dead), Ku De Ta offers a beach-side location for breakfast, a cool European atmosphere for lunch and a sophisticated trendy place for sunset drinks and dinner. Not the cheapest place in town Ku De Ta does offer a breakfast menu which will give you eggs Benedict, a fruit salad and coffee for 70,000rp.
Ku De Ta is equally popular with expats and tourists, although expats have probably learned by now the breakfast and sunset drinks are the best deals. You can sunbathe at Ku De Ta and they offer a fresh water shower beach side. This is an awesome place for sunset drinks if you want to impress somebody or just spoil yourself.
