Warung Layar is located on the beach front, next to Villa Batu. When I visited in the morning, the 2 staff were still getting themselves organized, but Warung Layar does advertise breakfast, on its menu. One of the interesting aspect of this warung, is the collection of exotic carvings that are all around. The lady told me they come from all over Indonesia and I could definitely detect influences from eastern Indonesia. On the property was a massive rice-barn, looking like something from Sumatra. It was for sale too (0361)703186, for anyone who could figure out how to get it home. Imagine setting that thing up in your backyard.
