A UK woman has been arrested in Bali in possession of cocaine. This is the latest in a seemingly endless line of people, who get lulled into going over the line.
Anyone who has visited Bali knows the scene, Indonesian men, hang around bars and nightclubs offering all things illegal’. Their friendly, relaxed demeanor, could possibly lead a newcomer beleive that it a bit of a lark, hush hush and no worries. Its not a lark, its a trap. Why do you think people get caught shortly after they buy small packets of drugs? The guy who sold it to them, told the cops.
On a daily basis, when I walk down Jl. Legian, Jl. Dhyana Pura or the beach, I get people coming up to me saying “Hey Boss, you want ecstacy, cocaine marijuana?” By the way, I hear about expats on a regular basis, who also get nabbed. Do yourself a massive favour, eat, drink, be merry, but do not touch drugs in Bali.
