A cafe in Tokyo called Nyanda Cafe is causing a sensation with cat lovers. “Nyanda Cafe”, which is a play on words of “Nanda” which means ”What?” and “Nyan” which is close to the sound a cat makes.
The cat cafe is located in shopping district Odaiba and was formerly known as Cats Livin and has over 40 cats for patrons to hang out with.
It costs 1,200 yen per adult to enter the cafe for 1 hour of time with the cats which includes one drink.
To get to Nyanda Cafe, either take the train to Odaibakaihinkoen Station or Tokyo Teleport Station and a short walk later you will reach the the cat cafe at street level. Hard to miss with the pink cat exterior.
