Even if you do not stay at the Fujiya Hotel, you can enjoy a meal in one of its historic restaurants. The elegant Fujiya Restaurant dining room retains its 1930’s splendor and provides an excellent setting for the high-class French meals designed by the head chef, Nobuyoshi Muranaka. Though expensive, the Fujiya provides a luxurious dining experience which is sure to be a highlight of your visit to Hakone.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 am. Lunch is from 11:30 am to 2 pm, or 2:30 on weekends and holidays. Dinner is from 5:45 until 10:30 pm. There are set course dinners starting at 11,500 yen or you can order from an a la carte menu.
