Part of Tokyo Dome City, LaQua is a modern amusement and spa facility that houses over 70 shops and restaurants around a central courtyard. The courtyard has charming carousel, a roller coaster and water slide, and a stage which often hosts free events. Relax by the fountain and enjoy the music, water, and light show. The Ferris wheel is notable as the first in the world that does not rotate around a center axle.
There is a spa with several bath areas heated by natural hot springs from deep within the earth. It is open 22 hours a day, closed only 9 to 11 am. Prices start at 2,565 yen. Store hours vary, but most are open 11 am to 9 pm.
Restaurants feature cuisine from all over the world and most are open from 11 am to 11 pm. LaQua is a great place to shop and eat, especially convenient when attending an event at the Tokyo Dome.
It is located between the Tokyo Metro Kasuga Station and the JR Suidobashi Station. For information in English: http://www.laqua.jp/pages/en/index.html
