Romance is in the air during the holidays at Tokyo DisneySea. Between November 7 and December 25, 2013, the entire park is decorated with banners, snowflakes, and other ornaments that fit the theme “Christmas Wishes.” There is a themed Christmas tree at every port, and a special 15-meter (almost 50 feet) tall one in the American Waterfront. Highlights include the 20-minute show, “Holiday Greetings from Seven Ports,” performed twice a day in Mediterranean Harbor by favorite Disney characters.
At night, Mediterranean Harbor is bathed in magic in the 13-minute “Colors of Christmas” show. The characters dance and sing, surrounded by floating Christmas trees. The finale is the appearance of a 15-meter (almost 50 feet) tall tree amid pyrotechnics and fountains. The tree remains after the show to add to the holiday spirit.
Special menus are offered at several restaurants for a romantic evening during Tokyo DisneySea Christmas. Full course seasonal meals are served at Café Portofino, SS Columbia Dining Room, and Miguel’s El Dorado Cantina. Look for other treats at the food carts, including Little Green Dumplings in Santa hats which are inspired by the movie Toy Story.
Over 50 new products are offered for a limited time, including stained glass ornaments designed with the theme, “Colors of Christmas.” The popular Duffy and ShellieMay appear on over 40 different products this season. Christmas at Tokyo DisneySea is a fun event for everyone in the family!
