Terminator 2 – 3D Show @Cyberdyne Systems – Universal Studios Osaka
Cyberdine Systems introduces a new line of cyborgs, but things rapidly spiral out of control as a battle breaks out. Scenes based on the Terminator movies are brought to life with 3D special effects and moving seats in the Terminator 2 – 3D Show in Universal Studios Japan. The dialog is all in Japanese, making the plot harder to follow if you do not understand it. However, those who enjoy the movies will appreciate seeing favorite characters making appearances in this 30-minute show located in the New York theme area of the theme park.
All ages can attend, though the flashes, smoke, and sudden movements may be scary, so it is not recommended for younger children. People with heart, neck, or back problems should not attend, neither should pregnant women or newborns. If time is limited you may want to consider other attractions that rely less on understanding the language, as there is often a long line. If you want to see the show, consider using the Express Pass.
It is hard to find a decent video of the Terminator show in USJ but this video shows the entrance and waiting areas and then the show. Might be worth a view to get a sense of this ride.
