Hakone Tozan Railway
The charming red train runs through the mountains from Hakone-Yumoto to Gora, stopping at 5 stations in between. There is a distinct elevation change, so the train runs at a steep angle which is easiest to see from the rear window. Enjoy the forest views on the 40-minute ride, which costs 390 or adults or 200 yen for children for a one-way trip. Catch the train from Platform #3 at Hakone-Yumoto Station. The Hakone Free Pass is valid on the Hakone Tozan Train.
