StarJets in Tomorrowland at Tokyo Disneyland
To the left of the Grand Circuit Raceway, look for the futuristic rocket ship. Jump on board one of the jets which circle it for a spin on this classic carnival ride. The StarJets in Tomorrowland attraction has been in Disney parks in one form or another since the beginning, having both name and appearance changes. This version is sponsored by Japan Air Lines and all the jets feature the company logo.
Two people can ride each jet on the one and a half minute ride. It moves up and down using a lever, similar to Dumbo the Flying Elephant. The maximum height is 14 meters (46 feet), so consider this attraction for kids wanting a bit more thrill than Dumbo. It is also great for any outer space fans in the family! All passengers must be able to sit stably, and children are not allowed to ride in a parent’s lap. No photos or videos are permitted on the ride, but you can get nice shots of the ride from the ground.
