Dumbo the Flying Elephant at Tokyo Disneyland
A ride on Dumbo the Flying Elephant is a nostalgic treat for parents and an exciting adventure for the smallest of children. Similar to classic traveling carnival rides, each Dumbo is on an arm of a carousel that spins in the air. The axis it topped with a shiny mirrored ball and Timothy Mouse. You decide how high or low the elephant flies during the one and a half minute ride using a simple lever.
The only boarding restriction is that the passengers must be able to sit alone stably, and children are not allowed to sit in a lap. No photos or videos are allowed when riding, but feel free to use your cameras from the sidelines when your family is on board! Unfortunately there are only two passengers per Dumbo car and only a dozen arms, so the line moves very slowly. This is the only drawback for making it the perfect ride experience for little children.
