Electric Parade “Dreamlights”
The fun at Tokyo Disneyland does not stop at dark. Instead, it takes on a glittering, magical tone with beautifully illuminated attractions. Plus, there is the night time “Electric Parade” that draws huge crowds. The parade is just as marvelous as its daytime version, differing in that the floats are covered with millions of lights outlining and creating the shapes. Characters are artistically lit, and even the dancers wear costumes bedecked with little lights. The displays are not static, but pulse and change with the music and action, making a memorable and wonderful show.
“Dreamlights” takes on many forms during the year to reflect the season, with an especially popular Christmas parade. It is well worth staying after dark to enjoy the one show given each day. The parade may be cancelled due to rain or other inclement weather.
