For most Thais, Christmas is just another day but some of the sanuk aspects from the festive period have been adopted so if you’re visiting Thailand in December you will probably see Christmas trees in shopping malls and decorations in hotels. I often say that nothing surprises me in Thailand and seeing dogs dressed up in costumes isn’t that unusual, but I did do a double-take when I saw this cat in Chiang Mai at the weekend.
