Visitors to Thailand should learn to expect the unexpected. In a country which has its own unique style and way of doing things, the random things you see on an every day basis are one of the reasons to love Thailand. I’ve seen quite a few different scenarios played out on motorbikes in this country; monks holding desktop monitors, workmen carrying ladders, families of five on one bike and dogs sitting in the front basket. These days, nothing surprises me too much about what I see in Thailand. Which means that the Thai man who delivers newspapers and magazines around the old town area of Chiang Mai, hardly rates a second glance . . .
Rise up this mornin’, Smiled with the risin’ sun, Three little birds . . . sit on my Honda
Not sure if the WD-40 is for squeaky beaks or was just going cheap at the market
The birds always look well-fed and content to me, but I love the fact that the young boy in the photo is wearing an Angry Birds t-shirt!
