Next week (April 13-15) is the Songkran Water Festival in Thailand. It’s the major holiday of the year in Thailand and it’s a Songkran tradition to wear colourful shirts and douse each other with water. This little girl in Chiang Mai was clearly enjoying the sanuk during the 2008 Songkran Festival.
