What a year! It’s been my first here at WhyGo France, and I could not be more proud and pleased to be a part of it. In going through some site stats for the year, I was surprised – and amused – by what were the most popular topics for you, dear readers. I’ll list them here, and let me know in the comments what your favorite post was, or what you found the most informative!
Julie’s 10 favorite French swear words. She’s so naughty – and so are you, apparently, because it was by far the most popular post this year!
What to wear in France in the summer, and what to wear in France in the winter. You’re a fashionable bunch, you are.
Nude beaches in France was another popular one – but I can tell you from firsthand experience, it’s not nearly as sexy as it sounds.
Hotels with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Right on! I’ll be going to Paris soon to do some on-the-ground research for this one, so make sure to check back before planning your trip.
Sexy French footballers – sigh. They really are so… talented.
Getting from Paris to Normandy seems to be the path most taken by visitors to France in 2010.
French pastries, always a winner – to read about, look at, and especially taste!
TGV, France’s high-speed train, is really the only way to skip around this country the size of Texas. They are comfortable, efficient, and don’t cost a bundle, either. So get out of Paris and explore, chickadees!
Happy 2011, everyone – hope to see you in France!
