Getting around
Denver International Airport is one of the busiest in the US, and serves close to 180 destinations around the world. It’s located about 20 miles northeast of downtown Denver, with a fleet of efficient transport options to get you there. Hiring a car can be the most convenient choice, particularly for exploring the mountains. However, The Light Rail system and the metropolitan bus network provide good coverage across the city. There’s also a free shuttle chugging around 16th street, connecting many of the main downtown attractions.
Cuisine
Denver is a true foodie city. The dining scene is diverse, with everything from Japanese haute cuisine in trendy Larimer Square restaurants, to country shacks serving up finger-lickin’ ribs out in the mountains.
